You can savour the rocky footpath access down to the pier, where you can have a sunbath or tie your boat. Summer stays in the house are very pleasant due to the shade of ancient trees and afternoon breeze on the cape. Rocks on the coast are flat and quite comfortable for sunbathing. Access to the sea on most places is gradual and suitable even for children. The great advantage of this stone house is its carefully maintained surrounding grove and the shade it creates, where you can take a nap, enjoy your readings or just shelter from the scorching sun. The coast down the house offers one of the most beautiful view on the Adriatic Sea. The sight to the majestic mountain of Biokovo over the village Sumartin, Makarska Riviera and the island of Hvar spreads all around the tip. This accommodation wellcomes cyclists, surfers, kayakers and others. An interesting location for divers is just nearby. Surfboards, bicycles and kayaks could be kept under the pine trees. The road ends in the neighborhood, and is followed by wild coves outspread for many miles up to the Bol settlement. The majority of guests who visit Albertina once, regularly return. The house is suitable for groups of friends. Aromatic herbs, the pine scent and the moist sea air gently heal respiratory organs. Crickets, sea birds tweeting and the sound of waves is naturally stress releif and heal your nerves. One more curiosity: during the stay in Albertina or shortly afterwards, six babies were conceived, particularly by couples who previously had problems with conception! The quality karst drinking water flows from the tap in the house. The landlady is trying to follow the ecological principles - waste is sorted, ecological detergents are used and only rainwater is used for watering.
