How the Booking Process Works: Simple and Secure
We want you to look forward to your holiday without any worries. That's why we've designed the entire process to be transparent and as secure as possible.
Selection and Date Verification
Once you choose your dream accommodation and submit a non-binding reservation, we immediately contact the owner in Croatia directly. All our accommodations are personally verified. This is what fundamentally sets us apart from risky offers on social media — we have personally visited, photographed, and built strong relationships with the owners of most of the properties we offer. This eliminates any risk of fraud.
Confirmation and Payment
Once the owner confirms the dates, we will send you an invoice. For your convenience, we offer several payment options:
Deposit and Balance
Pay 50 % of the total price at the time of booking, and the remaining 50 % no later than 45 days before your arrival.
One-Time Payment
Pay the full amount (100 %) at the time of booking and you won't have to worry about anything else.
Deposit + Balance on Arrival
For selected accommodations, you pay only a deposit when booking and settle the balance in cash, usually in euros, directly with the owner on arrival. When available, you'll see this option in the cart.
Individual Arrangement
We understand that everyone has different needs, so it is also possible to arrange payment in instalments by agreement.
Your Journey Can Begin
After the full amount has been paid, you will receive complete travel documents from us. You will have everything you need for a smooth arrival:

Thanks to our extensive and long-standing experience, we are happy to help you plan your entire route. We can advise on ferry selection, crossing times, and specific travel details. Especially for Robinson-style accommodations, which are often reached by more adventurous routes, we have personally driven the access roads. We know exactly what to expect and will share tips you won't find in any official guidebook.
