There is a table with a seating area and a sunbathing pier with sun loungers and a large shaded terrace with stone grill directly by the sea. A 5 meter long motor boat tis also attached to the house, you can rent it from the owner for very good price. The house is in secluded position so you can enjoy the beautiful nature here when nobody will disturb you. The last section of the road to the house (about 7 km from the town of Bol) runs along the sea via macadam (dusty) road. The owner waits on his guests at the end of the town of Bol and rides in front of their car to familiarize them with the arrival to the house and the whole building. Secluded holiday home Margareta is equipped with older furniture and there is no bathroom inside. There is sun-heated outdoor shower below the terrace. In case of your interest, the owner of the house can provide trips to the surrounding bays for affordable price for you. He can also transport food from the Bol to the house on your request. The owner will be happy to sell you Dalmatian specialities from the island of Brač: red wine, rakija, cheese or prsut.
