The house is located right by the sea in Lučica bay. Many yachtsmen consider this bay one of the five most beautiful on the Adriatic. You can reach the property after a 2 km drive from the well-known yacht harbor in the settlement of Milna (Marina ACI Milna). Unspoiled nature, crystal clear sea, abundance of fish and peace will guarantee you an unforgettable vacation. The climate is so pleasant in this part of the island of Brač that it is possible to stay here from spring to late autumn. A total of 10 people can be accommodated in the house. The place is perfect for Robinson tourism, fishing, diving and yachtsmen. In the peak of the summer season, this bay is regularly visited by owners of large yachts from all over Europe.
