Robinson-style house Grappa is located right by the sea in the peaceful Zavala Bay on the northern side of Hvar Island. This bay is home to only four houses, offering a truly tranquil retreat away from tourist crowds. Grappa is an ideal choice for those seeking privacy, peace, and the charm of authentic Dalmatian nature. Guests have the entire house to themselves. The owner occasionally visits a small studio apartment on the ground floor, but guests enjoy full privacy and are never disturbed – quite the opposite, he is very kind and helpful. He’s a friendly older man and a local fisherman who will gladly take you fishing. If you stay for at least a week, he will treat you to freshly grilled fish. Robinson house Grappa accommodates up to 8 people and features a spacious terrace with a stunning view of the sea and the entire bay. Each bedroom has air conditioning for a comfortable night’s sleep even during hot summer days. The kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators with freezers, a microwave, and other basic equipment. There’s also a washing machine in the bathroom. The windows are fitted with insect screens. Stone steps lead from the house to a private pier where you can enjoy the sea in complete peace. A stone grill is available next to the house. Mooring your own boat is free directly below the property. For a small fee, you can rent a small motorboat from the owner or purchase homemade delicacies – liqueurs, rakija, wine, olive oil, oysters, cheese, or pršut. The last part of the road to the house (about 350 m) is a gravel path, followed by approximately 80 steps down to the property. Parking is available along the road above the house.
