The house has a spacious shaded terrace with seating and a large grill, where you can spend pleasant moments with family or friends. A path leads down a gentle hill through the vineyards to the beautiful pebble beach below the house. The beach offers a beautiful view of the sea and the opposite island of Hvar. Boat owners will be pleased with the possibility of mooring at the beach below the house. The road by car from the resort of Bol to Smokovje bay is on macadam along the sea (about 4 km). After arriving at the place, you park your car along the road, approximately 200 m from the house.
