It has a new kitchen, all furniture, a sofa, healthy mattresses and a washing machine. The LCD 4K SMART TV with satellite was installed in the living room. There are new feng Shui linghts and a wooden bar with a seating in the dining room. The terrace is equipped with an electric grill and newly lit by LED lights.
