The villa is situated in a pine grove in a quiet district close to the sea. The owner of the house, native of a famous stone-cutting family, strove to do his best when building his house. Several types of quality Brac stone were used to face the house, terraces, staircases, banisters and floors. In the house, there are more than 200 m2 of spacious sunny terraces and balconies. All apartments command a view of the sea. The apartments include quality furniture and well-equipped kitchens. The guests may benefit from a large stone barbecue at the house ( a small separate house ) and a spacious shaded car park. The owners are very attentive and helpful. For instance, you can ask them to bring you fresh bread in the morning or to purchase a fresh catch of fish while you can stay in bed a bit longer. The owners are able to understand Czech very well. Directly under the house, there is a small beach. Two large pebble beaches in beautiful inlets beyond Sumartin are situated at a distance of ca 1 km.
