The Robinson-type holiday home is located directly on the beach on Pašman Island, in Sv. Ante Bay. It is accessible by car to within approx. 150 m on a dirt/gravel bumpy access road over the hill. These improvised roads can be damaged by bad weather (rain, hail); careful and slow driving is required. Pets are welcome with prior notice and for an additional charge. WLan internet is available without extra charge, but the quality of the connection in such locations can vary considerably.Water and electricity should be used sparingly. The 220V electricity is solar-powered. Guests may not use their own electrical appliances, except mobile phones and laptops, which can be charged via standard outlets. Cold and hot running water from a 35,000 l tank is available in the kitchen and bathroom. The yard has an outdoor shower with a black container, which warms the water by the warmth of the sun. The tank water is suitable for washing and cooking but is not recommended for drinking; most guests purchase bottled water. Fresh bed linen and towels are delivered after each week of stay. There is also a barbecue and four deckchairs. The yard is large and well maintained. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price. It is possible to book here for at least 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday. It is possible to rent in winter, but winter rent implies additional costs for heating. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so that you can contact us in case of need. You can charge your mobile phone at home with your regular home charger. Renting a motor boat is possible, upon request, with the condition that the guest must have a valid open water boat operator's license with him in Croatia. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd during the morning to early afternoon, because getting to the facility at night is difficult, even impossible after the last ferry leaves. After check-in at our agency, you continue your journey to the island.
