Ház Viola

This Robinson-style house is on the small island of Žižanj (near Pašman). The island has no ferry connections to the mainland or other islands, meaning both the island and the house itself are inaccessible to private vehicles. You may leave your vehicle (one per group) in a secure, free parking area in Biograd na Moru. A private boat transfer between the parking area and the house—once upon arrival and once at the end of your stay—is included at no extra cost. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. The 220V electricity is solar-powered. Cold running water is available in the kitchen and bathroom, from a tank. The toilet uses running water (seawater). The outdoor shower features a manually filled container heated by the sun. As the water sits in the tank at high temperatures during the summer, it must be boiled before drinking. Most guests choose to buy bottled drinking water. The tank water is suitable for cooking and washing. Fresh bed linen is provided after every week of your stay; bathroom and beach towels are not supplied. The kitchen is equipped with an electric fridge-freezer (an 85-liter freezer with three drawers and a 207-liter fridge) and a gas stove. The bedroom contains a double bed, and the kitchen has a single sofa bed; the house has a total capacity of two people. We recommend bringing your mobile phone so you can contact us if necessary. You can charge your phone at the house using your standard home charger. A grocery delivery service is available every 3–4 days for a fee of €10 per delivery. Motorboat rental is available upon request, provided the guest holds a valid license for operating a boat in open waters that is recognized in Croatia. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd between the morning and early afternoon, as reaching the property at night is difficult.
