Luxury newly built villa, 80 m away from the sea, with a beautiful 1300m2 infield and quiet neighborhood. Villa is completely isolated from the traffic, have own way to reach in and enjoy privacy. The whole place is very sunny, with lot of open space, suitable for families and friends, safe for kids. It is excellent connected -only 3km away from airport, easy to reach by the car, 5 km away from Trogir, 15 km from Split. The early or late summer is the best time of coming to avoid crowds and heat. Villa is 150m2 large. Living rooms are located on the ground floor which includes a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and separate WC. From the living room and the kitchen you step out to the huge terrace with outside kitchen, dining and lounge area. From the terrace you walk into the lovely lawn and vineyard. Interior stairs lead to the upper floor where the sleeping area and bathrooms are located. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one living room with sofa bed. From each room you can go out to the big terrace with nice view to the sea. House has underfloor heating and is suitable for all seasons. The villa is located in peaceful area, isolated from traffic and give you chance for total relax. There is a big garage for 1-2 cars and parking place in front. On the beck yard the guests can use enclosed outside shower with warm water ( object has solar panels on the roof for the hot water in the whole house). The guests can use loungers on the terrace in front of the living room and herbage. Our guests have on disposition 2 bicycles, table tennis set, badminton set. Kaštel Štafilić is perfect location for visiting well known town Split (15 km) or charming town Trogir (5 km) which are on the UNESCO heritage. Also from here you can take one day trip to Dubrovnik, Šibenik, Zadar, Krka National park, some of the Dalmatian islands (Hvar, Brač), hiking to very near mountain Kozjak on which is Biblical garden or any others natural beauties. Close by villa there is a supermarket (TOMMY), bakery (Leonora), restaurants ( INTRADE ) which we can fully recommend. Very near (300 m) there is tennis court. The guests can from the object go on foot to two different directions-left to the center of the village Kaštel Štafilić or right to the beach and "lungo mare". On bicycles you can go through all 7 Kaštela ( 10 km ride) toward the Marina Kaštela (all way near the sea). On the beach which is 3 min.walk from the house is a nice cafe with terrace named "Nehaj", with the best and very favorably coffee and other drinks. On the main road "Cesta Dr. Franje Tuđmana" which is few minutes walk from the house you will found public transport ( bus number 37 drive to the Split and Trogir every 20 min). By the same road- if you are with your own car you can easy reach Split ( 20 minutes), Trogir ( 10 minutes). In any time you can rent a car on Split airport.
