Leilighet Vivien

Apartment Vivien is a bright and cozy holiday apartment located in the very center of Crikvenica, just 50 meters from the beach. Shops, bakeries, restaurants, and cafés are all within easy reach, allowing you to fully enjoy your holiday without the need for a car. The apartment is situated on the third floor of a modern building with an elevator and features a south-facing balcony with a beautiful sea view – the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening relaxation. It accommodates up to four guests and offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room with a dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped for four people and includes a coffee machine, basic seasonings (salt, pepper, sugar, oil), and all necessary cookware and tableware. Bed linen is provided, and each guest receives two towels. The apartment is air-conditioned with two units (one in the living room and one in the hallway), and free Wi-Fi is included. Families with small children are very welcome – upon request, we provide a baby cot with bedding and a high chair free of charge. Guests also have access to a washing machine, drying racks, and an iron. Although the building has an elevator, access includes three steps at the main entrance, so the apartment is not fully adapted for guests with disabilities. Pets are welcome, and a dog-friendly beach is located 200 meters away. Private parking is not available, but you can purchase a tourist parking ticket for parking in the city in areas without barriers. Whether you are looking to relax by the sea or explore the town, Apartment Vivien offers comfortable accommodation in an excellent location.
